Aside from errors related to mistyped passwords or account numbers, the most frequent error we see is the duplicate login error. This error will show in a white and gray box with #1516 in red in the upper right hand corner of the box (though there are similar error messages that have an error number starting with #15 that can also be fixed using the solutions below).
This is caused when Online Banking thinks you are logging in while you already have an active session open. This error can be generated in a number of different scenarios. Here are few:
- You try to log in again while a separate browser tab or window is still logged in.
- You close out of Online Banking without logging off and then try to log in again.
- You start the registration or forgotten password process and then exit out without finishing.
Regardless of how the error was generated, the solution is generally to close all of your browser windows and then start again. This will almost always take care of the problem.
If closing the browser windows does not solve the problem, first try deleting your temporary internet files (deleting cookies should not be necessary) or rebooting
