The E-Deposit service is configured to work exclusively with scanners that are attached to desktop or laptop computers. It is not able to use the camera on your phone or tablet computer.
However, our iPhone and Android mobile banking apps do support Mobile Deposit for eligible accounts. See the Mobile Deposit FAQ for information on the Mobile Deposit service.
