When you download transactions into Quicken, you may notice that the merchant names do not always show up in the Payee field, but show up in the Memo field instead. This only affects debit card transactions that were processed as credit transactions and where you were not prompted to enter your PIN.

This is an issue we are aware of and have been unable to resolve with our Online Banking vendor, which also happens to be Intuit, the maker of Quicken. We have not given up and are continuing to pressure them to fix this issue. Until then, we apologize for the inconvenience.
