Eligibility is based on a couple of factors. First, you must have Online Statements. If you are not currently enrolled in Online Statements, you can enroll yourself by logging in to Online Banking and clicking the Online Statements link under the Account Access menu. This will walk you through the disclosure screens and set you up for Online Statements.

Second, you cannot have certain negative activity on your account (charge-offs, collection activity, etc.). However, the restrictions are specific enough that most accounts should end up being eligible. If you have questions about eligibility, please call our Member Contact Center.

Members with eligible accounts will see a Mobile Deposit link on the menu of your iPhone or Android Mobile Banking app. Because the app has to check eligibility every time you log in, it may take 15-20 seconds for the Mobile Deposit link to appear every time you log in. If you can see the link, you know you are eligible to use the service.
