Yes. This service is referred to as “e-bill” in the Bill Pay system. However, it is not available for all payees since not all merchants support e-bill technology. If e-bills are available for a specific payee, you will see a “Set up e-bill” link when you view your payees inside Bill Pay. Clicking that link will walk you through the steps to set up the e-bill.
In many cases, the e-bill is being pulled from the payees own online site. In that case, you may first need to set up online access with the merchant directly so that you can then enter your login credentials in the e-bill system.
