  • First, you must try to resolve the issue with the merchant (this is a Mastercard® requirement).
  • If you are unsuccessful with the merchant, call 1-800-333-9934, select option 2 for Spanish or wait to continue in English, then select option 2.
  • Once the initial dispute process is completed with the accurate information, provisional credit will be credited to your account within ten business days pending the investigation.
  • A final decision concerning the dispute will be provided to you in writing.
