Online Statements are in a .PDF format and require that you have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. You can download Acrobat Reader for free from the Adobe website by going to http://get.adobe.com/reader.

One you have Acrobat Reader installed, log in to Online Banking and click on the “Online Statements” link found under the Account Access menu. This will take you to the Online Statements system and will show you your EECU statements for the last 12 months. To view one, simply click on it. The statement will open Acrobat Reader and load the statement. You may then view it, print it, or save it to your computer.

If you have problems viewing the statement, either because it gives you an error message or the information in statement appears scrambled, try uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat Reader. That generally fixes most Online Statement problems.
