IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN THROUGH THE UPDATE PROCESS (starting on September 11) and need to have your password reset before you can log in, please click the "Forgot Password" link on the home page. Leave the phone number field blank, and enter your account number in the username blank and then submit it. You will then be taken to the old Enhanced Login Security screen where you can either provide answers to challenge questions or have a code sent to an email or phone number you had previously set up. Once you have reset the password, you will log in using the last four digits of the primary member's social security number as the default password. When you log in again, you will be taken through the upgrade process, and then will be prompted to create a new password.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN THROUGH THE UPDATE PROCESS (starting on September 11), the process is a little different. If you forget your username or password, you may be able to correct the situation youself by clicking the "Forgot Password?" link on the eecu.org home page, just above the online banking login.
In order to reset your password, you must have established a phone number as one of your security contacts. If that is true for you, you can enter one of the registered phone numbers in the blank provided, along with your username, and submit them. The system will send a temporary password to the registered phone number which you will use to log in. You will then be prompted to change the password.
To have your username sent to you, click the "I forgot my username" link on the "Forgot Password" page. Enter the email address you have as the registered security contact email address for your account. The username will then be sent to you.
If you are unsure whether you have a phone number or email set up as a security contact, log in to online banking and click the My Profile link in the upper right corner of the screen. Your security contacts will display on that screen. You can then review them or change them from this screen.
